Super Crisp, delicious Champagne blend of 70% Pinot Noir et 30% Chardonnay from Les Riceys. Cellar aged for 3years.
Nose filled of light aromas of licorice, fresh violet, and citronella.
Toasty 🍞 palate, and we just made fluffy egg-cheese sandwiches on homemade brioche buns! Yummmmmm!
Pairing with what's in the fridge is fun and creative.

| Dropped off some wine, then had a lovely datenight, and peaceful evening walking around in the Embarcadero, with my sweetie. I took this photo, downtown San Francisco, just after finishing filling orders. We took a rickshaw back to my parked car, when we were done. A little Romance... It's beginning to look and feel a lot like Christmas. |
