There was no way she was leaving without tasting Bourgogne Escargot!!!! She was a natural!  

 

Rinse the escargot under warm water, pat shells dry with a paper towel, then set aside. In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, shallots, garlic, parsley, and lemon juice. Mix all ingredients well with a small spoon. Lightly season butter with salt and pepper, until desired taste is achieved.

Taittinger Champagne had to have an entrance! Cheers to a wonderful last night for my friend in France. We were very grateful to have her here in France!

Now she continues on to Morocco, and flies into Casablanca!

I find it very young, DRY, and has intense aromas of black and red currants, also in flavor. Smooth tannins  leaves the mouth watering with elegance.
This could age easy 4-6 more years!

Now I continue to work on COLAs ttb labels..... Government label approval to bring wine into the USA. Haven't had Internet in 2 weeks! I am probably not going to sleep for the next few days catching up. My obsession. 

But hey....it is what it is, and summer is here. Getting my head around the biz....because I love this biz.
