Some days you just have to give good face!

Watched a good Marlena Dietrich movie last night. Shaghai Express! I love you! Vintage style and class, is contagious!

Notre Dame church....... Chillin in Semur-en-Auxois and loving this amazing medieval city! I keep exploring and finding more..... France has that effect on a person. Walking with Dieselle the dog, and loving life at this very moment.

A stone book

Jewel of the medieval city, the present edifice was constructed between 1220 and 1739 when it became a collegiate church (a church directed by a college of monks and canons).

The Notre-Dame church was mentioned for the first time, in the IXth century, in a list of goods from Flavigny Abbey. Originally, the Notre-Dame church was a priory, meaning that it was dependent on another abbey, Flavigny Abbey, and occupied mainly by Benedictine monks. It explains the presence of a cloister,a fundamental component of abbeys and monasteries. The cloister represents the heart of the abbey.

My boyfriend is a sculptor, and worked on this church (sculpture)! It is magnificent!

Please to announce going to work a little bit with my guy this summer. Things are coming up left and right! Very excited and and very grateful.  More ideas with good friends and exciting projects to come! We are hard working and on the right track! Music, Art, Passion, Food and Wine are all of our common denominators.....now you just need to figure out what works next, best. There is order in chaos....:) Check out a beehive, or ant farm sometime! But having a lot to do keeps the mind busy and I can't stop. Busy bee and happy!

1. My friend also gave me a little dirty recipe.....Nutella fried wontons....with salt. Easy to make....wonton shells, wrpped a spoonful of nutella(or size you want.....but go big!!!!) Fry in butter or oil, and spinkle sea salt after!

2. OMG~~~another nutella recipe that will blow your mind, Nutella brownies: By mixing 3 ingredients in a bowl~~~ 1cup of Nutella, 2 eggs, and 10 TBSP of flour--and baking at 350 in a greased pan for 20 minutes. Came out great!!!!! He says, "somewhat life-changing discovery," I agree! Changed my life lol!

New grape for me...... Always learning something new. Why not? Sacy, the cross between a Pinot an Gouais blanc. Both exotic. It's French origin is completelt questionable, some people say it might have come from Italy.....crisp, old world tart white wine on the palate. Low acid. low alcohol.
